Peru: Meet the girls from Santa Ursula

Last week, 11 students from the Santa Ursula School in Peru came to Ursuline. Here are some fun facts about each exchange student:
Marisol S. loves to run and practice track and field, especially long distance running. Her favorite food is quiche, and her favorite movies are the Twilight Saga.
Daniela G. plays golf. Her favorite food is ceviche and her favorite movie is A Walk To Remember .
Maria F. plays soccer as defender and favorite class is English. Adecore is competition for Catholic schools for all sports like basketball and soccer. She likes to go to parties, hang out with friends, and go to movies. In summer, everyone in Lima has beach house. There’s a mall on beach where the floor is sand where all teenagers go on weekends for dancing and parties.
Mariale B. likes to swim and play basketball. She loves hanging out with her friends. Her favorite subject in school is history. She loves to watch CSI, 2 and A Half Men, and Big Bang Theory. Her favorite vacation spots are Ecuador and Bolivia.
Maggie E. likes to play basketball and ping-pong. She loves math—she plans on studying to be an economist or architect. She loves to travel and has been to Spain, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy, Canada and, of course, the US.
Mariale C. has played basketball since she was 7. She is a point guard.
Cybelle A. was born in the US but moved back to Peru in 1997 to be closer to family.
Daniela P. likes sports and dance, especially ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and Peruvian dance. In her free time she likes to watch TV (Glee), and on weekends she likes to hang out with friends at the beach, movies, and parties.
María P. (Mapi) loves swimming and does shot-put. She likes math and loves traveling. She hangs out with her friends on the weekends, goes to the movies, loves shopping, goes to beach during the summer, listens to pop music. She likes to watch TV shows likes Gossip Girl, The Big Bang Theory, Two and a Half Men and the Vampire Diaries.
Andrea P. likes to hang out with her friends, shopping, and badminton. She loves singing and dancing, chatting, talking on the phone, music, and parties. Her favorite movie is A Walk to Remember.
Maria Fernanda M. loves to hang out with friends. She likes singing and dancing and acting. She likes to read, and her favorite book is Twilight. She likes music, parties, and movies.
